The Saint John's team which took part in the first leg of the Flahavan's Cross Country League (North West Section). The event, which took place at Thornhill College, involved a 1.4 Km run in decidedly testing conditions. All of our children valiantly slogged through the mud and did both themselves and their school proud. Brianna Doherty is currently second in the Girls' Individual section and our girls' team are vying with Saint Patricks, Pennyburn for qualification for the Ulster finals. The second leg of this event will take place at Gransha on November 11th.'
